THE FUTURE IS FUZZY
SIMPLE YESTERDAYS
Industrial-era work was predictable and consistent. The goal, B, was clearly defined and unambiguous. The process to achieve it was therefore straightforward and repeatable.

Managing creative work requires a different approach based on: Innovative teams need to navigate ambiguous, uncertain and often complex information spaces. What is unknown usually far outweighs what is known. In many ways, it’s a journey in the fog.
EXPLORE WITH PURPOSE
To move from A to B, we play games. A game, like a good movie, unfolds in three acts. The first act opens the world by setting the stage, introducing the players and developing the themes. In the Second Act, we explore and experiment with Act One’s themes. In the Third Act, we come to conclusions, make decisions and plan for what’s next.
